A newly designed dashboard in the Analytics web app provides insights into a service department's response time and completion time of a WO. The data displayed will calculate an average response time based on the WO's created date and the first instance of a technician logging hours or adding updates towards the WO. This information will tell a manager how long it takes their service team to begin working an open WO. A breakdown of the hours per branch gives a comparison look at the average response time per branch. Drill down even more by clicking the bar graph to see details of the WOs including the mechanic assigned and labor hours.
Average completion time is another critical insight that looks at the WO's created date and the time it took to complete, and a breakdown by a branch with the ability to find even more WO information by clicking the bar graph. Knowing the response & completion time of WOs gives service managers visibility into their operations & productivity.
The new dashboard is available when logging into the Analytics web app of T3. From the left menu, hover over Service and click Work Order Response and Completion Time.
