A new version of the Telematics Health Report shows clear insights into the status of your tracked equipment and vehicles; from Healthy to Unstable to Needs Attention. It's important to understand the status of the asset's tracking devices as they communicate data to the T3 system, like location and usage.
Within each status of the revised Telematics Health Report, you can drill deeper into why the asset falls into that category. For example, assets that Need attention could be due to a drained battery, a disconnected tracker, or an error that requires customer support, or Unstable may mean the asset is in a low coverage area. Knowing this data helps you decide to address any issues with the devices.
Use the updated version of the Telematics Health Report 2.0 in the T3 Analytics web app by searching "Telematics" in the search bar. Better yet, schedule it regularly so you always stay in the know!

Important Note
On Tuesday, May 2, 2023, the Fleet Utilization Dashboard and Trips Details & Log Report will be archived from the T3 Analytics web app. New and improved versions of both reports are available now. Any schedules or saved versions will be mapped to the new dashboards.
A new report in T3's Analytics web app, Asset Service History, will show the historical maintenance completed for an asset in a timeline visual, with a downloadable data option. This report is beneficial when understanding an asset's service maintenance and upkeep. Upon opening the new report, located under Service, you'll select an asset from your platform and see a snapshot of details such as year, make, model, odometer reading, and hours.
Below will display a timeline view, displaying each Work Order or Inspection completed on the asset, with a short description of the servicing needs, when the ticket was closed, and a link to open the details on the Fleet > Service page. The timeline details are collapsable and expandable to make it easier to find what you need.
Lastly, the service history data is all downloadable in a PDF format for printing or saving on your computer. From Report Actions, select Download Report.
When you open the PDF file, you'll see a QR Code. Open your device's camera and point it toward the QR code, which will open a link to the asset's service history.
A redesign to the Fleet Utilization Dashboard provides even more ways to access an asset's usage. Upon opening the Fleet Utilization Dashboard 2.0 in T3's Analytics web app, a new Hauled/Hauling Summary view will give the hours captured from your fleet being hauled or hauling other assets. The line graph will show your asset's Total Hauled or Hauling hours so you can understand the hours over a range of time. Within the Asset Summary panel, see your fleet's Total Hauling and Hauled Time and Distance in miles.
In the Run/Idle Time Summary view, some improved components have been added for better insights. In the Asset Summary panel, see the Total On Time and Miles Driven values for a quick snapshot of your fleet's activity and usage.
Lastly, the OOL (Out of Lock) filter has been renamed to Show Assets with No Contact over 72 Hours to simplify the terminology when narrowing down the utilization data.
A new enhancement to the existing On-Rent report in T3's Analytics web app shows even more information the customer needs to manage their rentals. The summary of on-rent details will be directly available from the recipient's inbox in a PDF attachment, should they have it scheduled.
When accessing the report in T3's Analytics web app, you can select several viewing options to customize the experience. Toggle between views like the standard Dashboard view, Asset Class Utilization, Asset Class Daily Rates, Assigned Jobsite Utilization, Assigned Jobsite Daily Rates, Table, or CSV view.
Note: The CSV view will prompt you to save and download the report to your computer or device.
In the Dashboard view, some new highlights include a photo of the asset for easy identification, a colorful utilization chart for the rental's usage over the last seven days, new messaging for billing cycle details, clickable icons to open T3 apps, and helpful red or green text to confirm the asset is onsite or not.
In the Asset Class Utilization, Asset Class Daily Rates, Assigned Jobsite Utilization, and Assigned Jobsite Daily Rates views, you'll see colorful visuals representing the data. Hover over each square to see the detailed breakdown of the asset's picture, location, and rates or utilization (depending on the report view selected). Click on a square to zoom in on the insights.
In the Table view, see a full breakdown of the same data in the Dashboard view but in a quickly listed format. Sort the data in the column headers and scroll through the pages to locate what you need.
Check out the improved On Rent report in T3's Analytics web app under Rentals in the left menu. Or schedule the report to your inbox regularly.
Note: Any existing on-rent report schedules will automatically transition to the new format.
A brand new feature in T3's Analytics web app now allows users to share and send reports immediately to other T3 users via email with Snapshot. Sending a Snapshot means sharing any report, saved or not, with another T3 user(s). The user who shared the report will be copied on the email, creating transparency and visibility.
Once shared, the recipient will see who sent the email, with any notes included, a link to open the dashboard in T3's Analytics web app, and can reply to the email to continue a conversation with the sender if they have further questions about the data. With the new Snapshot feature, users can share data immediately with their team and address any questions directly from their inbox.
For more information, see Instantly Share a Snapshot Report to a T3 User.
A new feature of T3's Analytics web app unlocks the ability for users to share a report on a scheduled basis with another T3 user. The recipient will receive the shared report in their inbox and can confirm the schedule or modify it to their liking. If they take no action, the report will not regularly schedule in their inbox.
This enhancement allows users to send a report to teammates to review insights and data on a regularly scheduled frequency. Subsequently, the report recipient can control the email intake by confirming or modifying the suggested schedule.
Share the scheduled report under Report Actions > Share Report. Toggle the Propose schedule to shared users to ON, which will expand the Share Report window to allow you to set the report's schedule before sending it to the recipient. For more information, see Sharing a Scheduled Report to a T3 User.
Once shared, the recipient will receive the email and confirm or modify the suggested schedule by selecting Confirm Schedule, which will open T3's Analytics web app.
