A new Fleet Management Dashboard in EquipmentShare Track provides Managers and Owners with a current snapshot view of essential fleet operations and utilization data. Stay on top of key information to better understand your fleet's run time, upcoming or existing service, out of lock devices, and assets within Geofences - all in one place! Each tile on the new dashboard provides a quick view of data and can be clicked to learn more! Other features include downloading the visual into a PDF or CSV and easily scheduling the fleet dashboard to be delivered to your email in just a few clicks. The filter along the top ensures you can pinpoint to view only the data you need to review.
Note: Not all tiles of data will display for every customer, depending on their asset types and features used within EquipmentShare Track.
The new Fleet Management Dashboard is available under the Reports dashboard by searching "Analytics."
Hover over each tile, and an icon on the top right corner will appear, which can be selected to Download Data - providing total count numbers in a customized downloadable format. Select Clear Cache & Refresh if having display issues.
The Total Owned and On-Rent Assets include the number count of Owned and On-Rent in your fleet. The Unavailable Assets include assets currently hard down due to servicing. Select the total count value to view the Actual Total Asset Count details. Selecting the location link will display the asset from the Asset Details > History page in EquipmentShare Track.
The Total Open Work Orders will show the current work orders count assigned for your fleet. It will also increase or decrease the volume of open work orders vs. the last 7 days of open work orders. Select the total count value to open the View Soft and Hard Down Work Order Count details. Staying on top of open work orders can help a Manager understand downtime related to servicing an asset.
Click the bar graph to view a table of open Work Orders. The View Work Order link will open the Work Order Summary page in Service > Work Orders in EquipmentShare Track.
The Assets with Diagnostic Codes shows the total count of assets within your fleet that currently have Fault DTC codes. Select the count value to open the Number of DTC Codes data. Select the Link to Diagnostic Code to open the Asset Details > Service page for viewing the asset's DTC code within EquipmentShare Track. Knowing about any fault DTC codes that arise is vital in keeping a Manager's fleet operational on the job site.
The Out of Lock Assets over 72 Hours tile shows the count of tracking devices in Out of Lock's status for the last 3 days. The Out of Lock Total table includes all the assets with tracking devices out of lock outside for longer than 72 hours. Selecting the location link will display the asset from the Asset Details > History page in EquipmentShare Track. The Last 10 Days Fleet Utilization by Asset Type line graph visual will display your Equipment Run Times Hours and Vehicle Run Time Hours spanned across the last 10 days. Toggle along the bottom between the different asset types. Hover over a dot on the graph to see the date of occurrence. Select the dot to explore and drill into the date from the asset's History page.
Selecting Show All will provide the assets and trips that comprise the utilization. The run time and idle time hours will display in the table.
The Total Assets Overdue for Service will display the assets that are overdue for upcoming service maintenance. Select the count total to view the Assets Overdue Service and click the View Work Order link to be taken to the Work Order Summary page in Service > Work Orders to take action on the asset's overdue service.
The Service Interval Percentage pie chart displays the assets that are within a certain service interval percentage range. It will display the percentage of assets with a service interval of less than 80%, from 81% to 89%, and 90% and above. This is important data when staying on top of your asset's upcoming service maintenance.
The Current Geofence Asset Count displays the number of assets in a bar graph within each of your geofences. The darker blue bar indicates a higher count of assets, while the lighter blue indicates a lower count of assets. Select a Geofence Name link to navigate to the Geofence's page in EquipmentShare Track to see assets in realtime within the geofence. This data provides visibility into where the fleet is located throughout the day.
